 What do you enjoy most about your job?

The fast pace nature of the transactions and the clients that I work with.

What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time?

I like nothing better than spending the time outdoors with my two boys!

In another life if you weren’t working in law for Gorvins, what do you think you’d be doing?

I’d be more than happy being a hotel reviewer – only for 5* establishments located in sunny resorts of course!

If you were to appear on Come Dine With Me, what would your ideal three courses be?

Starters – anything with mushrooms!

Main – Pad Thai

Dessert – Chocolate Cheesecake

If you could witness any event past, present or future, what would it be?

I would have loved to witness the first landing on the moon – what an achievement!
