2017 was the third growth year in succession for commercial property at Gorvins, its 11% top line growth reflecting Manchester’s status as the third largest property market in the UK and the strength of Gorvins’ commercial team. Martin and the Commercial Property department itself is recognised by Chambers and all of Gorvins’ commercial property partners including Claire Beaumont, Colin Miller and Samantha are recognised by the Legal 500 reflecting the breadth and depth of the team.
The team’s practice is varied and key clients including Oldham FC, Hamilton Heart Estates as well as working with lending institutions and property investment matters.
Martin Hoare said, “MIPIM is an ideal forum for Gorvins. It enables us to demonstrate our commitment to new thinking and developments in property and construction. Furthermore, as a client-focused firm, we need to be where our clients are, part of their conversations.”
