Working closely with the crowned champion Colin said “I am delighted to have acted for Simon in this exciting new venture.”
Wood said “For me, Manchester is the best city in the country, it’s friendly, vibrant, busy and has incredible nightlife.
I was instantly attracted to First Street as it is already the next go-to place in the city. It is everything you could need in a brand new, high-quality leisure and hospitality development and I share the estate’s vision as an up-and-coming destination.”
Commenting on the deal Wood said “I really have to thank Colin and Gorvins for completing the lease deal for me in my new venue. As my first restaurant I needed to be sure that I could focus on making it a success and of course having a strong legal team advising me made this much easier.”
