Client Satisfaction Survey 2019 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Competition Details:
The completion is a prize draw to win a £25 Amazon voucher for the first entry successfully drawn. The draw is free to enter. To enter you need to have completed our online Client Satisfaction Survey (the link to which has been sent to you in the enclosed email) by 23.59pm on 21st June 2019. You need to select the option to enter the competition (as prompted in the survey), following which you will be granted one entry into the prize draw.
2. Eligibility:
Entries are limited to one entry per person. Any Client Satisfaction Surveys completed after 23.59pm on 21st June 2019 will not be entered into the draw. Only Client Satisfaction Surveys completed online will be entered into the draw and Client Satisfaction Surveys received in the post or by other means will not be entered.
The prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
Gorvins will not accept competition entries as a result of Client Satisfaction Surveys that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk; or
(c) incomplete.
3. Data Protection:
The information you provide in the Client Satisfaction Survey will be held, controlled and processed by Gorvins Solicitors in accordance with our privacy policy which can be viewed here: https://www.gorvins.com/privacy-policy/.
Gorvins Solicitors must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Gorvins will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails marketingevents@gorvins.com requesting this within one month after the closing date of the competition. If you are the winner and object to any or all of your surname or county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Gorvins Solicitors at any time after you have completed the Client Satisfaction Survey at marketingevents@gorvins.com.
4. The Winner:
The winner will be notified via e-mail or telephone by Gorvins Solicitors by 5th July 2019 (i.e. within 14 days of the closing date) using the last known telephone number or email address provided to us during the course of your legal transaction with us. Gorvins Solicitors accepts no liability for any difficulty contacting you because these contact details are no longer accurate. .
The winning entry will be selected by random by an independent judge and the judge’s decision (acting reasonably) is final.
Gorvins Solicitors will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. To claim the prize you must reply to our email or be contactable by telephone within one month of the closing date with details of the address that you would like the prize to be sent to (this must be a valid postal address in the UK). If the winner cannot be contacted, or has not claimed their prize within one month of the closing date, we reserve the right to re-draw another entrant from the correct entries that were received before the closing date. Gorvins Solicitors does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to claim the prize within the timeframe stated.
5. The Prize:
No cash alternatives will be substituted for the prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
Gorvins Solicitors reserves the right to offer alternative items/activities of a greater or equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
If you are the winner please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize following the date on which you claimed the prize.
