Amanda is an Associate within the specialist road traffic defence team, representing clients both in the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court. Having worked in criminal practice since 1991, she is passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for her client. As well as being a well-known figure within the legal industry in the Northwest, she has a Nationwide client base. With over 30 years’ experience advising suspects at the police station and defending clients charged with criminal offences, she now focuses on the niche area of road traffic defence. These cases involve offences ranging from minor speeding offences to the most serious of causing death by dangerous driving. Amanda strives to ensure the best results for her clients by providing accurate advice from the outset, managing expectations, and arranging excellent representation. In addition, Amanda has been a member of the Police Station Accreditation Scheme for 30 years, providing advice and assistance to clients, both under arrest or attending the police station as volunteers.
