Jan works in the Gorvins Residential Property and Conveyancing team. In his role Jan reviews the legal title and raises relevant legal enquiries, processes and agrees contracts, transfers, mortgages and leases and draws up all the documents that sellers and purchasers must sign in the course of a transaction. Jan reports to the clients on contract matters throughout the transaction along with advising them on the technical content of the documents and their financial and risk implications. Jan is committed to delivering a high level of Client service with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
