Karen Davenport is the best in the business, it's as simple as that. As a property professional, I've seen over a hundred solicitors in action over the last 2 decades and Karen is without doubt the best I've ever worked with or had represent me personally. In the last 2 months for example, she has helped me to purchase a farm with an agricultural tie, which was so complicated that it prevented many other willing buyers from being able to complete on it themselves, which allowed me to step in and get the property for about half price. She saved me many hundreds of thousands of pounds on that one transaction alone. And on top of that, in the same time, she helped my parents acquire a super desirable but complicated commercial property on a private estate, for us to turn in to a stunning home for their retirement. Again, the deal structure was so complicated that other buyers had to drop out of the race and my parents got the property for a significant discount as a result. They now have their dream home for retirement that they would never normally have been able to afford, but Karen made that possible. We couldn't have made either of these purchases with any other solicitor in the industry, it required an iron fist in a velvet glove, it required the best. And we had the best. Karen offers total support for her clients, it's like having a top lawyer in your family, it makes the world of difference when you are buying or selling, when she's in your corner. Furthermore, I have been so impressed over the last few years I have recommended her to family and friends, something I don't do lightly at all as I normally keep business and personal life separate. However I did make the introductions to Karen and I've received chocolates and drinks from those people a few months later to say thank you to me for introducing them to Karen after she's done such a good job for them! She's just a nice person to speak to, she's a normal real person but super smart and determined to get the best deal for her clients. She's a complete asset to her clients, 1000%.
