About Ella
Ella qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. She is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team. Ella has acted for a variety of clients in relation to commercial property matters, including major high street retailers, restaurant and pub chains, pension funds, institutional landlords and charities. Ella has a particular specialism in commercial occupier matters, advising and acting for clients in relation to acquiring, occupying and disposing of property, and also has experience of acting for landlord, developer and investor clients across a range of property transactions. Ella prioritises building relationships with clients in order to understand where real estate fits in their wider strategy, so that she can provide bespoke advice for each client's individual requirements.
