We always recommend that you take legal advice when an issue arises, in order to minimise the possibility of any claim. However, at Gorvins, we understand that it is not always possible to seek advice in advance, for example, if a former employee brings a claim of constructive dismissal having never brought their complaints to the attention of management before leaving their job.
With Gorvins Pathfinder, our insurance cover offers you protection both when you have sought advice and where circumstances have meant you were unable to seek legal advice at the outset; providing you with peace of mind that should an employment issue escalate to Tribunal level, the cost of legal representation from Gorvins and, in the event of the claim being successful, the cost of any damages awarded, will be covered.
