William Turner was approached by the UK’s leading uniform and sportswear specialist, Banner, with a view to acquisition. Having worked with Gorvins for over ten years, William Turner turned to them again to assist with the acquisition process.

Gorvins Corporate/Commercial partner and head of Family Business, Christian Mancier has been a consistent point of contact between William Turner and Gorvins and was on hand again to provide sound legal advice and support throughout the acquisition process.

As well as the acquisition itself, William Turner needed support from the commercial property team with regard to the property aspect of the acquisition and the employment team with the various staffing issues and terms of employment associated with the transaction.
