About Sarah
Sarah is an experienced insolvency lawyer, advising and acting for insolvency office-holders and litigation funders on insolvency investigations and claims as well as on non-contentious insolvency matters. She advises businesses and individuals who wish to pursue an insolvency procedure against a debtor, or who find themselves as creditors in insolvency procedures. She also acts for debtors, directors and/or defendants in insolvency proceedings. Sarah’s approach is to provide commercial and pragmatic legal advice, helping clients to navigate their way through technically complex and emotionally challenging situations and achieve the best possible outcome. Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and joined Gorvins’ Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team in 2026.
