About Ricco
Having been called to the Bar in 2002, Ricco has worked exclusively in employment law. He has attended Tribunals all over the country and has also appeared in the EAT on a number of occasions. Ricco is also experienced in the non-litigious side of employment law, advising clients with both documentation and contracts, and on specific HR situations for both companies and employees. He understands their situation and advises accordingly. An experienced negotiator, he knows the importance of getting the right deal. Ricco is also an excellent trainer.
