About Louise
Louise has over 30 years’ experience in the legal sector, acting in a support role in various departments, including Employment, Corporate and Commercial, Personal Injury, Residential, and Court of Protection. For over 20 years, she has worked as secretarial and document production in the Corporate and Commercial Team, for clients ranging from sole traders to nationwide businesses. Louise then moved to work as a paralegal in the Court of Protection Department for four years as a case handler running her own caseload and reporting directly to the Deputy. This work covered looking after finances for vulnerable clients of all ages and providing associated support. Louise joined the Employment Team at Gorvins as paralegal/secretarial support in May 2026. She has daily contact with employer and employee clients facing employment disputes such as redundancy, settlement agreements, tribunal matters and other general employment related issues. Louise also provides support and assistance to the solicitors within the Team on cases ranging from day-to-day HR advice to formal Tribunal claims.
