David is a Partner in the Commercial Property team. He has extensive experience across a wide range of commercial property work, advising institutional, developer and retail clients on complex acquisitions and disposals, lettings, portfolio management and development work. He also has broad expertise in the living and energy sectors, leading on the acquisition of BTR properties by institutional and developer clients and managing the roll-out of rooftop solar and EV charging across property portfolios.
