I’m incredibly proud as I reflect our Commercial Property Team achievements for 2025. The team that has a combined experience of over 165 years in the commercial property sector quietly and professionally received instructions from our clients on transactions with combined deal values of £267 million.
This milestone reflects the quality, complexity, and variety of the transactions we’ve been involved with, spanning acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and development projects across the North West and further afield. Working across office, industrial, logistics, mixed-use, and development assets, the team continues to deliver exceptional work in a challenging and fast-moving market.
This achievement is a direct result of the team’s hard work, collaboration, and unwavering commitment to client service. I’m particularly proud of how they’ve provided additional support going above and beyond both new and existing clients, helping them deliver results, achieve their objectives and move forward with confidence.
