Leading Stockport law firm, Gorvins Solicitors, has strengthened its commercial and private client teams following the arrival of no less than six people.
Samantha Marcus, from Manchester, joins as an Associate Solicitor in Commercial Property, having previously worked for DWF in Manchester.
Wills, Trusts & Probate have seen the appointment of Andrew Platts, from Manchester, join as an Associate Solicitor together with Danielle Hursthouse who joins as legal secretary to support the team.
However it is the firm’s Residential Property team who have seen the largest influx of new talent; Sharon Kelly, from Stalybridge, joins the National Panel Conveyancing team as Associate Solicitor. Samantha Shemilt and Claire Ryder have joined as Case Administrator in the Conveyancing department.
These appointments follow on from Gorvins recently reported solid results in 2013, with a 7% year-on-year increase, and fifteen new team members joining the firm during the past 12 months.
