A new mobile app to help accelerate the home buying, selling or remortgaging process for customers has been introduced by Gorvins Solicitors.
Designed to provide transparency throughout the conveyancing process, speed-up transactions and allow for quick and easy communication with case managers, the Gorvins app is being used by Gorvins’ fast-growing residential property team for the vast majority of its conveyancing transactions.
Using the app, Gorvins’ customers can see the latest status of their property transaction and receive notifications if any action is required. It enables them to acknowledge and return documents electronically rather than having to delay the process.

Gorvins’ residential property team has seen strong growth in the last three years, with the number of case managers now reaching 65 and handling in excess of 6000 transactions each year. Lorraine added: “In spite of our fast-growth, we are committed to maintaining a high level of service and the introduction of the Gorvins app further supports that commitment”.
