A team of solicitors from Gorvins Solicitors have played a key role in the development of the world`s first full-service global agency dedicated exclusively to B2B market research.

The Stockport based firm advised the shareholders of B2B International, one of the world’s leading specialist providers of bespoke market research solutions – with offices in Manchester, London, Dusseldorf, New York and Beijing – during their acquisition by international conglomerate Dentsu Aegis Network for an undisclosed fee.

B2B International will now become part of gyro, the Dentsu Aegis Network brand which serves a global roster of clients such as Vodafone, eBay and Google. The agency, has 17 offices worldwide and is headquartered in New York.
