Gorvins solicitors has acted for its long standing client Bridgebank Capital in the completion of a £10.8 million bridging loan secured on a Central London property.

Bridgebank Capital views this completion as a benchmark that demonstrates its capability and appetite to deliver large ticket bridging loans.

Martin Hoare, partner and joint head of commercial property at Gorvins, corporate & commercial partner, Andrew Curwen and associate solicitors Samantha Marcus, Daniel Woodcock and Victoria Atkinson, coordinated the deal for Bridgebank Capital. The team dealt with all legal and corporate due diligence on the property and preparing the security documentation required to enable drawdown within a six day timescale.
