Christine is Partner and Head of Gorvins' Wills, Trusts & Probate team. As a member of the Society of Trusts & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the holder of the STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes, Christine is one of the most recognised private client solicitors in the North West. She has particular expertise in Trust, Estate and Inheritance Tax planning for families with disabled beneficiaries. Christine also works closely with business owners helping them to ensure their business is protected in the event of death of capacity. Further, Christine acts as professional attorney/deputy in many cases and is often the first point of contact for many clients in distress following the death of a loved one.
