Guy joined Gorvins in 1996. He is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He also heads up the firms work in Property Litigation. Guy's approach is to provide sound and constructive legal advice combined with a practical and commercial approach to ensure that the client's objectives are met at the earliest possible stage. He believes in taking a hands on approach and as such Guy has considerable experience in resolving matters without reference to litigation through negotiation and using forms of ADR such as mediation.
