Steven is a partner in the Commercial Property Department. In addition to his wide range of experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property and commercial property finance work his experience in company and commercial work also enables him to provide support in company and commercial transactions.
Steven’s recent work includes:
- Advising in relation to Landlord and Tenant Act business lease terminations and renewals, forfeiture and dilapidations on a multi tenanted industrial estate.
- Acquisition and financing of a development site for industrial units, setting up the development and dealing with related development documents and dealing with leases of the developed industrial units.
- Commercial property aspects and corporate support for the disposal of a multi sited motor dealership.
- Acquisition of multi tenanted office buildings for a property investment company and related Landlord and Tenant Act business lease terminations and renewals
