Lorraine provides a comprehensive service to commercial, industrial and retail clients, offering tenacity and experience in complex property acquisitions and disposals, funding, development and onward sale agreements; leases and landlord and tenant matters; options; joint venture agreements and construction agreements and all property aspects of business and corporate acquisition and disposals.
Lorraine’s recent deals include:
- Advising Kids Unlimited on a number of acquisitions of Children's Nurseries across the UK
- The £27m acquisition of residential development land in Watford on behalf of Pacific Developments
- A £4.5 million development capital deal for Rowlinson Knitwear which won EN Magazine's "Deal of the Year' Award"
- Sale of mixed use site, value in excess of £20m including £3.8m social housing element
