Ian is a Consultant on the Commercial Property team and has always specialised in the commercial property and land development field.
Through a series of acquisitions Ian moved to Stockport. The team works for developers locally and nationwide dealing with the acquisitions, building contracts funding and development agreements and ancillary associated matters including plot sales (using computer software specially developed for Gorvins by its own software developers).
The Commercial Property Team also works closely with the Company Commercial team to provide a comprehensive legal support package for clients property requirements when acquiring or selling a company or business.
