Andrew is Head of Domestic Conveyancing. Andrew has over 30 years experience in dealing with the residential property market throughout England and Wales, with particular emphasis on the north-west.
The Department acts for private individuals in connection with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity arising out of divorce, financial planning etc and equity release.
In addition the Department counts amongst its clients a number of property developers who either buy with a view to letting or renovation and re-sale. The Department is also on the panel of recommended solicitors for a number of local independent estate agents and builders
