Qualifying in 1997, Paul gained a wide range of experience with a general commercial practice in Manchester city centre before moving to Stockport to concentrate on corporate work. As a Partner working with a dedicated team, Paul has made inroads into the workload traditionally only undertaken by the very large city centre firms. His fields of speciality include acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring and insolvency, as well as advising on commercial contracts.

- The purchase of the Spiro Gills engineering business out of administration
