Guy is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He also heads up the firm’s work in Property Litigation. As such Guy has a great deal of expertise and experience in advising clients from an owner managed business right through to plcs in connection with all types of commercial and civil disputes. When dealing with property related litigation, Guy deals with both the residential and commercial sector. Guy is also part of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Unit advising clients extensively upon contentious intellectual property issues.
Seeking to provide a sound and constructive legal advice combined with a practical commercial approach, Guy believes in trying to address matters at an early stage and in this regard he has considerable expertise in resolving matters without the need for litigation by using alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation.
