Andrew is a Partner in the Corporate team.
He advises a range of clients from institutions to owner managed businesses, giving commercial and practical advice to enable his clients to fulfil their objectives.
Andrew specialises in the following areas:-
Corporate transactional work – advising on acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, joint ventures, MBO’s, MBI’s, venture capital and debt finance;
Non-transactional corporate and commercial work - including advice on corporate re-organisations, shareholder arrangements, intellectual property matters and commercial contracts.
Andrew’s recent transactional work includes the following:-
- £12.5 million share sale of demolition, decommissioning and remediation business
- £4m share acquisition
- £12 million share sale of a company in the orthopaedic sector to an overseas listed company
- £8 million disposal of a builder’s merchant to a national PLC
- £5.5 million management buy out
- £12.5 million fundraising on behalf of a property finance company
