All members of the team belong to Resolution which is an organisation of specialist family lawyers committed to a constructive approach to the practice of family law. As a result of our commitment to the Resolution code of practice the overwhelming majority of our cases achieve a settlement by constructive negotiation.

Several solicitors in the Department are also trained as Collaborative lawyers Collaborative law is a new development which is client led and focuses upon building a structured settlement around a client's needs. The process involves a binding agreement between solicitors and clients that there be no recourse to the courts. For many this process can help relieve the stress and anxiety associated with the divorce process.

It is not always easy to find time in your busy schedule, and we therefore offer appointments between 8am and 6:30pm. There is plentiful parking adjacent to our offices which is also located near the local railway station.
