commercial property and allied finance work, Steven's expertise
enables him to provide support in company and commercial
transactions.
His recent work includes:
- Advising the Tenant in one of the largest lease tranactions in
South Manchester in 2011
- Setting up a residential development for the sale of individual
properties by a Fixed Charge Receiver, including the preparation of
all relevant documentation
- Advising in relation to Landlord & Tenant Act business
lease terminations and renewals, forfeiture and dilapidations on a
multi-tenanted industrial estate
- Acquiring and financing a development site for industrial
units, setting up the development, handling related development
documents and dealing with leases of the developed industrial
units
- Corporate support for the disposal of a transport company.
