Martin is a partner in Gorvins' commercial property team
specialising, in particular, in commercial and residential
development and investment work.
Martin qualified in London in 1998 and, prior to joining Gorvins
in April 2010, spent two years as a partner in Eversheds'
Manchester office.
Recent experience includes:
- Acquisition of mixed use and residential schemes (including out
of administration) with a range of investment and development
profiles and advising on the appropriate holding, disposal and exit
arrangements
- Negotiation of development and/or project agreements relating
to long term regeneration, including public sector backed projects
and their ongoing delivery
- Development site acquisitions (including strategic site
assembly projects)
