Mark has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial
litigation, and aims to achieve resolution of disputes at an early
stage - whether by negotiation, mediation, litigation or other
forms of dispute resolution.
He specialises in:
- Personal and corporate insolvency and business recovery
- Advice to Trustees in Bankruptcy and supervisors of individual
voluntary arrangements
- Advising on contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder
disputes
- Injunctive work to protect clients' property and assets - and
to preserve third party assets during Court proceedings
- Rights of way disputes and boundary issues
Mark's recent work includes:
- Advising an Administrator on the restructuring and disposal of
a substantial motor dealership and hire company
- Working with a Trustee in Bankruptcy and successfully applying
to the Court for a bankruptcy annulment
- Assisting a credit union in its debt recovery procedures and
credit control, following substantial internal change and
restructuring.
