acting as a consultant for a team with a number of developer
clients.
Ian and the team regularly undertake:
- Acquisitions
- Building contract funding and development agreements
- Plot sales (using computer software specially developed for
Gorvins by its own software developers)
- Legal support (partnering the Gorvins' Commercial team) for
commercial clients when clients are acquiring or selling a company
or business
