Danielle joined the Gorvins Employment Team in 2009, having previously worked and trained in a busy Manchester City Centre employment practice.
After attaining a 2:1 Class Honours law degree at Central Lancashire University and a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course from Manchester Metropolitan University, Danielle spent the majority of her training advising employees on employment law, so has had significant involvement in Tribunal matters, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
Since joining Gorvins, Danielle has specialised in employment law, advising employers and employees. Danielle has particular expertise in redundancy, disciplinary processes and Compromise Agreements - and recent work includes:
- A complex 'whistleblowing' action
- Acting for a group of Claimants,
- Handling employer claims arising from a collective redundancy exercise.
