Danielle qualified in April 2005 and is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution department.
Danielle acts for commercial clients in a variety of contentious matters. Due to the diverse nature of the practice area Danielle strives to provide practical, tailor made solutions to each client's specific business requirements.
Danielle specialises in contentious probate matters and employment related matters in the county / high court.
Danielle's recent work includes the following:
- Successfully obtaining an injunction against a former employee who was in breach of his employment contract restrictive covenants and advising in respect of a subsequent damages claim.
- Advising an individual in respect of commencing and settling a contentious probate matter that was resolved satisfactorily at mediation.
- Acting for a landlord in respect of numerous successful repossession matters against residential tenants; including the recovery of rent arrears.
- Successfully defending proceedings brought against an IT software company in the County Court at the same time as advising in connection with parallel insolvency proceedings involving the same parties in the High Court.
- Advising in connection with appeals including appeals in the Court of Appeal and the Court of Protection.
