- Disposal of the business and assets of PTM to a subsidiary of EnPro Industries Inc
- Acquisition by CGA Strategy of the on-trade research agency of global research agency Nielsen
- Acquisition and disposal of several dental practices, including specialist advice on NHS contracts
- Advising on (and drafting) several substantial supply contracts between clients and high-street retailers
