Andrew has over 30 years' experience in dealing with the
residential property market throughout England and Wales, with
particular emphasis on the North West.
The Department acts for private individuals in connection with
sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity arising out of
divorce, financial planning and equity release.
In addition, the Department counts amongst its clients a number
of property developers who either buy with a view to letting or
renovation and re-sale. The Department is on the panel of
recommended solicitors for a number of local independent Estate
Agents and building societies.
