Unfair dismissal

Unfair dismissal is probably the most common complaint by employees against employers.

In any case of dismissal it's up to your employer to prove that your dismissal was fair and lawful. Gorvins' Employment Team can advise on whether your dismissal and the process used was unfair - giving rise the the possibility of making a complaint.  However, please be aware that, in most cases, you'll need to have had 12 months' continuous service with you employer if you want to bring such a complaint.
